My wife wanted something that wasn't sweet, so I decided to buy the spicy one.
I know that sake is sweet, but is it spicy? sensation? So I bought a "super dry" sake to make it easier to understand.
The owner told me that I could taste the sweetness from the second day of opening the bottle.
On the first day, I felt a bit of a pungent taste. Maybe I'm not good at it.
The second day, I could definitely taste the sweetness and it was delicious! In case you are wondering, my wife enjoyed it from the beginning😁.
I've heard that Ona is also a Tochigi sake, so it makes me happy that there is a good sake brewery in my hometown😁.
