It's the annual Yakiniku 🥩 & Sake 🍶.
Today, Nanada-senpai and Nabeshima-senpai will refrain and take on a new meat sake 😤.
It has a strong sweet and umami flavor and is as rich as the meat 😊.
It also has a clean aftertaste and helps to wash away the oil from the meat.
I appreciate that it does a good job 😏, but it doesn't have enough moves to stand up to the meat 🥩, so I'm looking forward to more of that 🤗.

Meat Sake 😆A new genre has been established along with Nice Masamune 👍I think we have to work harder now that we are mainly meat eaters 😊.

This was my first time to visit Genzai, but I chose it because I have a feeling that they have sake that goes well with yakiniku: ❗️
Tochigi sake that goes well with yakiniku... "Bald Father" or something like that would go well with ribs 😆.
