disryIt's a three-day weekend, so let's keep opening them. Sharaku Winter Origami No. 2!
And the automatic bottle opener is on! My wife is staring at me!
Aromas of my favorite cemedine, melon🍈 and pear🍐. The gassiness is so-so.
The sweetness arrives with a sizzle, but the sourness arrives shortly after.
After the sourness turns to umami, it finishes early and the drink ends with a refreshing finish. The aftertaste is a light astringency.
The Winter Orikarami series is a definite sake! It's not slippery. I think that the third in the series will be released soon, so I'll have to get it for sure. disryIt is the most exciting season for me.
But then I tried Sairai's nigori. It has the usual aroma of peach and lactic acid. A little bit of cemedine is also nice. The gasiness is okay.
The sweetness is just right. The acidity is also strong.
The acidity is combined with bitterness, and the end result is quite powerful. You will never get tired of drinking it.
It has a strong sweet, sour, and bitter taste, but it is not unpleasant to drink. It is a stable Sairai.
The new sake season is in full swing, and the fridge is already full. I'm going to drink more and more! ひるぺこGood evening, Mr. DISRY. Certainly, Mr. DISRY, you are nigorinpic. I wonder which one is the gold medal? I like nigori festivals ^ ^. disryHi Hirupeco, Good evening 🌙
Yes, we are in the middle of the group league of the Nigori World Cup 😁.
It was a snowball that got us through the group leagues! 🤩 ひるぺこSnowman, tekked 😆 Still enjoying the Nigori World Cup 😊. disryHi Hirupeco, sorry for the late reply 🙇♂️.
Yes, the Nigori World Cup is a long term competition until the new year 🤣.
I will report the results of the finals separately👍 ひるぺこWill one emerge that surpasses the snowman? I'm looking forward to seeing the results 😄 Sara宵の風 無濾過生原酒純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 Sara朝涼み 無濾過生原酒特別純米原酒生酒無濾過 disryToday was supposed to be a BBQ party with our neighbors, but it was cancelled due to a typhoon. There is nothing to do, so let's open another bottle following Gensho Mai.
I take a sip and say, "It smells so good! I said, "It smells so good! It has a strong aroma of peach and lactic acid. I don't feel much gas.
The sweetness is strong. Refreshing acidity follows.
The acidity changes to a slight astringency and quickly dies down. The end is refreshing.
I realized again that Sairai is easy to drink and suitable for me.
Well, it's raining hard, but I think I'll go out to buy some sake! もよもよYamama and Koshi-no-Shiratori are both made by the same Niigata Daiichi Shuzo brewery, but Shiratori is a blend of Aragashiri and Yakusame. The Shirotori is a blend of the two, but the Yamama is a blend of the two. I had enjoyed Yamama before and wanted to try Koshirotori as well.
When I tried it, I found it to be fruity and very easy to drink. I had heard that it was a mix of rough running and blaming, so I imagined it would be heavier, but it wasn't heavy. The taste is a little banana-like, I guess. It is somewhat sweet.
I have heard that Yamama and Koshinoshiratori are both brands that people get into, and they are indeed delicious and the once-in-a-lifetime feeling is very nice. So far, there has been no hassle. もよもよThis is a Nagasaki sake that has been gaining popularity recently. When I asked the liquor store what it tasted like, the answer was that it was juicy. I don't know if I get it or not. The label is very modern.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling carbonation sound. The aroma is quite nice, and when poured into a glass, it is cloudy. The specs are that it is a raw sake with no filtration, so it is like rice juice. It also has a bit of muscat-like flavor.
In terms of taste, I think it is the closest to sansho. The 15% alcohol content makes it a little stronger in comparison, but the carbonation and cloudiness make it easy to drink. If you drink it with strong-flavored candy or other drinks, it will refresh you.
Purchased from: Hikariya もよもよThis is a sake from Higashimurayama, Tokyo and one of the brands I was interested in. I asked a liquor store about it and they commented that it was sweet. The blue bottle is refreshing.
The aroma is not that strong and somewhat subdued. When I drank it, I had the impression that although it was sweet, there was also some bitterness mixed in and it went down my throat nicely. Usually, I have tasted strong raw sake, but this one was refreshing. The bitterness may be a bit citrusy and fruit-like.
I think it would go well with fried foods and other dishes that would wash it down. It is also delicious on its own. The color of the bottle makes it a good summer drink.
I also tried drinking it warmed, which is a good way to increase the sweetness.
Purchased from: Hikariya カキンシキThis is my first time in Saitama ❕🤣.
It's the 'Sairai' I've been looking forward to! 🤣
I was planning to buy Sairai someday, but the subtitle is "Vesper".
I have no choice but to buy it🤣.
It's "Venus" 🤩.
I mean the evening star 🤩.
The fate of "Vesper", the name of the first song I wrote when I was young, about 15 years ago now: 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It makes me cry🤣🤣🤣🤣
The song is about "Vesper" who greets you at almost the same time every day, but also greets you at almost the same time and every day with a drink for dinner 🤣🤣.
'You color my every day'
'You inspire me' (weird because it's an English poem 🤣)
The poem and the drink are too linked already 🤣🤣.
After 15 years, it has materialized 🤣🤣.
The aroma is yogurt to the max! 🤣🤣
It's like over fermented yogurt ❕🤣 like a brewing forest 🤣.
The sweetness is more subdued than I expected and the sourness is more noticeable 🤔.
It's more like a lactobacillus drink! It's like 🤔 🤩.
Tastes like it, but a little off, which is funny! 🤣
It tastes like diluted Yakult! 🤣
I would definitely buy the next one, Sairai!!! 🤣 Yoshiki|生酛好き🌾Rice (producing region): 100% Akita Sake Komachi

There's a sogapeale effice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤣🤣
It was a tension buy 🤣🤣!
Masariya near me is a special distributor but it's tied up as well as Shinsei 🤔🤔
I guess this is a normal lineup 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I found out that there is a warning sign that says no first-time visitors 🤔.
Sorry 🤣Sogapeale effice at first glance, but I'll take it regardless 🤣.
The unique sourness and bitterness fades away in a puff of smoke and a slight shriek brings balance to the atmosphere! 🤣🤣
It's like a wine, but the rice assertion comes in great!!!! 🤣🤣
Feels like it's pushing in! 🤣🤣
I know it's not suitable for ginjo aroma maniacs, but it smells beautiful 🤣🤣🤣.
Yummai!!!! 🤣🤣
I will try to complete next year 🤣🤣 MAJGood evening, Mr. Kakinsiki! 😄
It's exciting to see sogape on the market, isn't it? I understand 😆It is shipped only in winter, so please come every week to complete your collection 👍. カキンシキHi MAJ!
I'm a certified excited liquor store 🤣🤣.
I'm sad I won't be able to drink until next BY, but now I have something to look forward to! 🤣🤣 フニャコ2022/4 I met him for the first time in 4 years AramasaCosmos コスモス -秋櫻- 2021純米生酛原酒樽酒無濾過 Yoshiki|生酛好き🌾Rice (Origin): 100% Kyokai Shinko (produced in Akita Prefecture)

Acidity disryToday was the child's first day at school. It was a situation where he started to cry when we had to say goodbye, but he seemed to be having a good time after that, which was a relief. Dad was not in the best of moods at work....
Well, today I'm going to drink a bottle of sake that is supposed to be extra delicious!
I took a sip and was surprised. It has a 14yo atmosphere that lingers faintly in my memory.
The aroma is mildly apple-like. There is a sense of gas.
Sweetness prevails, and for a moment it is sweet! However, it is quickly snapped out of it. I was surprised at the exquisite sweetness.
Toward the end, a slight alcohol taste and a strong umami taste can be felt. Excellent aftertaste.
I haven't had that many sakes made with Sake Mirai, but this was by far the best I've had. I'll buy another bottle of this when it's fire-brewed! disryThe best way to enjoy a drink before going to bed is to choose Collage tonight.
I took a sip, and was surprised to find that it was very different from what I had imagined. It is a bit grapey and slightly nutty. As I continue drinking, I notice the fullness of the aroma. The gasiness is very slight.
At first I sensed a strong sweetness, but as it approached room temperature, the acidity increased. It is strange.
The acidity is followed by a strong bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Dry aftertaste.
It is certainly delicious, but it may be quite a difficult sake to make. This is also typical of Collage. disryI opened a bottle of Sairai, which had been lurking in the back of the fridge and I had almost forgotten to drink by accident.
Gorgeous aroma. Lactic acidic and berry-like atmosphere. There is also a gentle aroma of rice, with a strong gassy feeling, and it starts out well.
It has a solid sweet and sour taste, but for some reason it is very pleasant.
Towards the latter half of the bottle, the acidity changes to umami and bitterness, and finishes with a lingering, gentle bitterness. A happy feeling.
Aroma, gas, taste, aftertaste, nothing to say! Perfect. I'm so tongue-tied today 🥴. shitakkeSweet with a graininess. Slightly astringent, reminiscent of white wine, with a slight acidity. It leaves a delicious aftertaste. É It is very drinkable and has an alcohol content of 16%. It is a little heavy, perhaps due to the fact that it is a pure sake. It may be more appealing when paired with a small, tasty snack. It is a draft sake, but it will get even better as the days go by! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
