Did not cross any hurdles 十八盛朝日純米大吟醸 志保屋幸助 無濾過生原酒純米大吟醸 Sara花澄み 無濾過生原酒特別純米原酒生酒無濾過 HiranHIRAN にこまる QUEEN生酒無濾過 shitakkeSoft drink-like sake ⁉︎ with a slight carbonation-like stimulation and a very light, fruity acidity impression. I also thought it was rounded and sweet. It is slightly cloudy with a hint of orikori floating in it. It has complexity and umami, and I can't get rid of the "Aquarius" feeling I remember from other FIRAN wines. It is somewhat soft on the palate. I wonder if soft water is used. shitakkeIt no longer reminded me of strawberry yogurt beverage É sweet and sour, especially if it is not swallowed immediately but left in the mouth. It is not that sludgy, but the mouthfeel and taste impression is really a yogurt beverage. Also, it is an active, fresh sake, and it is shuwa-shuwa. The alcohol content is only 11 degrees, making it a very light drink. If you like amazake, I highly recommend you give it a try. I think it's like a step up. shitakkeSurprisingly dry junmai sake! A bit dry and sharp. There is also a slight irritation that tingles the tongue. Still, it feels like less polished rice. It was very drinkable and made me feel a bit bloated. I think it was very good as a food sake. The cup went further and further than I had imagined. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, shitakke 😃!
Tetori-san has a beautiful label ‼️ and we recently had a bottle of it too 😋. shitakkeHi, Jay & Nobby! I like Tedorigawa itself, but the beautiful and smart label was also the reason why I bought it. ♩ It is a delicious Junmai sake! shitakkeIt is refreshingly delicious! It has a fruity sweetness. As the temperature rises a little, it becomes crisp and cool from the taste. After drinking it, I realized it was not junmai until I looked at the label. Knowing that, I only wondered if brewing alcohol was also added. I don't find it disgusting. シン・タカチヨV TYPE 創 INNOCENT原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ shitakkeType V is deliciously sweet! It was purely delicious arigaraki sweetness. É It has a flavor similar to that of junmai sake, but it is a bit lighter without being cloying. It has a fruity impression from the acidity. It may be a little pear-like. Shin Takatsuyo is light and easy to drink!
The rice is flat polished to a milling ratio of 65%. The rice is flat polished to a milling ratio of 65%, which is at the level of junmai sake, but it gives the illusion of being more polished. The alcohol content is 12%. As the name suggests, an innocent cup. ⁉︎ ばびShinsei Colors likes this or ash.
Sourness and a hint of sweetness

I sobered up at once by confirming the situation in my hometown of Hokuriku and the safety of my parents who live there.
The damage in my hometown does not seem to be too serious, and both my parents are safe. I pray from the bottom of my heart for the safety of everyone affected by this cold winter.
This No. 6 is one that I bought almost a year ago, but had failed to open. The aroma is just a little bit aged, but it has a nice scent of citrus and lactic acid. Surprisingly, the gasiness was still there.
The sweetness is mild and the acidity is quite strong. After a quick kick, a gentle sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
It has been a long time since I had tasted No. 6, but I think it tastes even better when drunk before its expiration date. If only I could find the courage to open it. ジェイ&ノビィHappy New Year, DISRY 🌅 and best wishes for the new year 😌.
I am glad that everyone in your family home is safe. I pray for the return of peace and quiet.
No.6 home drinking is our dream 🤩. disryHappy New Year, Jay & Nobby! 🎍
It's been a crazy New Year's. I can only endure it, but I hope I can at least support my parents. I wonder when I can drink No.6 next 😅... maitokuMy favorite sake brewery these days. Light nigori with a pleasantly moderate sweetness. It was a perfect match with squid and radish. Yoshiki|生酛好き🌾Ingredient rice (region of origin):

We visited Yoshida Sake Brewery last July and were politely greeted by the chairman and his wife. There is also a swallow's nest, and I wonder if the picture on this label is of the swallows that come every year. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
