Timeline
disryWe had planned to have a drinking party called a tea party with our neighbors during the three-day weekend, but it was abruptly canceled. So, let's open the sogape we had prepared.
This is my first time at Trois. Very aromatic and surprising. Caramel, lactic acid, and still grape. It's a unique and mysterious aroma. It has a sense of maturity.
Mild sweetness and strong acidity. Just as I was thinking, "Oh, this is pleasant," the strong alcohol feeling arrived.
The sweet and sour taste is quickly snapped off, and the lingering alcohol feeling continues to linger on the finish.
The unique aroma and the dry sake taste coexist in perfect balance. Serve with Sekai-no-Yama-chan's chicken wings and go on! アゲタWow, I recently found out about this one too and have been looking for it, but it's hard to find, and it's sold at a premium or in bundles at various places, so I can't get it 😨. disryToday, I ate some oysters that I bought at a local supermarket for lentils. I was curious to buy them because I heard on the Kenmin Show that people in Hiroshima often eat them.
So I opened a bottle of numero sis, which seemed to go well with the oysters.
The aroma was grape. Lactic acidity and a bit of caramel. There is only a hint of gas.
The sweetness is quite mild. The sourness is stronger than the sweetness, but it's not that flashy.
At the end, the sourness changes to astringency, and the finish is crisp. The end of the drink is crisp and clean.
It goes perfectly with oysters, and is really good cold or at room temperature. Now, I wonder how many bottles I can get this year. disryIt's one of those drinks that I dash out to buy as soon as I hear it's on sale.
The aroma is a lactic acid type, just like Sai Rai. Maybe it's the color of the label, but I can't help but think of berries as well. There is not much gas.
The sweet acidity is clear and crisp. Not too strong, but perfectly balanced. It has a good balance of sweet and sour.
The lingering aftertaste is very short, and the acidity quickly disappears.
On the other hand, the strong aroma and sweet acidity make this wine easy to drink. It can be enjoyed with food or by itself.
I think I'll have another glass after I take a bath! spring-manPersonal Ratings
★★★★☆
A sake that I have been curious about for a long time but have been unable to get my hands on.
The impression I got from drinking it was that it was a refreshing, slightly sweet, easy drinking sake✨.
I'm sure you'll love it!

☆☆☆☆ Not for me.
I don't think I'll drink it again. disryI was in a hurry to open the bottle because I heard that the oregano was starting to appear.
As with the first bottle, the aroma was intense with melon and La France. There is also a hint of citrus. Mild gassiness.
The acidity is dominant. Strong acidity and mild sweetness. A very pleasant balance.
The sourness and bitterness can be felt, but it is clean, crisp and sharp.
The second one was also great. It was more sour than the first, and very drinkable. I wish I could buy San too. ばびThe one I've probably only had once.
Half a bottle.
It goes in easily.
It leaves a slight bitter taste
And then it's gone.
It's 16 degrees alcohol, but it's light and easy to drink.

It didn't look good when I opened it.
But after a few days.
I thought the flavor would come through.
But after 3 days, it's still too thin and sweet.
I've never had a problem with Collage.
I wonder if it will get better in a little while.
Even in this state, it's good enough to drink while eating.
Even after a week, the sourness increased
But the sweetness didn't increase.
I think it was a bad choice this time. disryThis is the third Sai Rai of this season. I can't buy it anymore unless I dash on the release day.
Just when I thought it was a citrusy scent, hmm? ...I've never smelled anything like it. It lasts until the end.
The sweetness and sourness are assertive, but in a good balance.
The aftertaste finishes with a lactic acidity and bitterness.
It's my favorite type of sake, but I'm a little concerned about the mysterious aroma that lingers. I hope this will change after tomorrow... disryOn the second day, the mysterious scent changed, and became the mellow scent of sweet, delicious rice! It's so delicious! It's the best! ばびThe first stable sake I've bought in a while.
It's still very easy to drink!
Two years ago, it was more like water.
But I have the impression that the taste is a little stronger than that.
Is it my imagination?
Maybe my taste buds have changed.
Rice polishing ratio 55%.
16% alcohol by volume. SaraPeals of Dew 直汲み純米吟醸生酒 disryMy gimpy back still hurts, but now that the tedious work is over, I finally open the bottle.
After visiting several liquor stores in and around Tokyo, I couldn't get this one at all. When I was about to give up on it, I got a hint from the owner of Hikariya that they weren't going to release it yet, so I kept checking their website and finally got the news that it was available. I went to the shop first thing in the morning and finally got it.
As soon as you taste it, you can feel that your hard work has been rewarded.
The aroma is wonderful, with muscat and lactic acid notes.
You can feel the sweetness and acidity, but it is refreshing without being unpleasant.
The aftertaste is bitter and tasty, and then crisp and clean.
This may be my favorite of all the Sairei I've drunk. Let's enjoy the rest of it with gratitude. ばびOpened a bottle for my daughter's 4th birthday.

I'm torn between this one, which I've never had before
And this one I've never had.
I chose the pioneering one, and it was the right choice.

First up is a Junmai Ginjo nama-shu called Ao Sai Rai.
The aroma is slightly lactic acid and berry-like. The nose is a bit gassy. There is a slight sense of gas.
Both sweetness and sourness are strong. The sourness is slightly more dominant.
The sourness lasts until the aftertaste, which changes to bitterness at the end.
The taste is full of ups and downs. It is unexpectedly spiky. I was expecting a strong gaseous and lactic acidic taste typical of Sairai, but I think this is better.
Next time, I'm planning to try the Sai Rai with ribbon. disryBy the second day, it was sweeter and more fragrant. ふとくぼ🔰Aroma like Shinsei. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes like a middle ground between Shinsei and mellow Umakuchi type. The taste of the rice is strong and the bitterness in the latter half of the taste is fresh and not like Shinsei. It is delicious. disryThis is one that was hard to find. I went around several places and managed to get it.
The melon aroma is quite intense. There is a strong alcohol feeling in the aftertaste, and the smell of Cemedine is quite strong. I'm not sure if I like it or not.
The sweetness is mild and the sourness is a little.
The reason why the aftertaste seems to come early may be because the alcohol and bitterness are strong. At the end, it is crisp and clean.
It's quite dry, and a little different from the type of collagen I like. It is a little different from the Collage that I like. I wonder if it will lose its edge as the day goes by. disryDay two, the bitterness has weakened and it's like melon juice! Delicious... ばびKojo Nishiki
After all, it is easy to drink rice wine
It has a slight sweetness and is easy to drink like water.
The aftertaste has a slight sourness.
Compare with the same Nishida Shuzo's Zenchidori (Uto)
Zenchidori is more watery and easy to drink.
Compared to this, you can see that the sake still has its own characteristics.
It's a luxurious comparison!

ばびIt's about time the fridge was empty.
I peeked at Hikariya to see if anything was available.
I found "Kojo Nishiki" of rice wine.
I wondered what I could buy for over 3000 yen.
I was looking around.
I found this one that I sometimes want to drink.
You said you wanted curry tonight.
It's the only thing that goes with curry!
It's relatively quick and doesn't overwhelm the fridge.
The choice!
I drank it like a lassi.
I finished half of it in one day.
It's 5 degrees of alcohol.
So even if you drink two cups, it's less than one cup.
It's the perfect drink for a sober person. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
