もよもよ
This is a Nagasaki sake that has been gaining popularity recently. When I asked the liquor store what it tasted like, the answer was that it was juicy. I don't know if I get it or not. The label is very modern.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling carbonation sound. The aroma is quite nice, and when poured into a glass, it is cloudy. The specs are that it is a raw sake with no filtration, so it is like rice juice. It also has a bit of muscat-like flavor.
In terms of taste, I think it is the closest to sansho. The 15% alcohol content makes it a little stronger in comparison, but the carbonation and cloudiness make it easy to drink. If you drink it with strong-flavored candy or other drinks, it will refresh you.
