Yamato Sake Brewery in Saga used to make BLACK JACK, but they stopped making sake, so I wonder if Tobiraman is making it now.
It's dry and dry, but not as dry as it sounds, and I found it easy to drink.

It's delicious with a berry-like sweetness and bitterness from the sweetness.
I wrote in a post a few years ago that I didn't like Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, but this one was delicious 😋.

It is slightly effervescent and has a sweet and bitter taste like a grefle, and if you are not told, you would not know it is a Yamahai.
