I've tasted it before, but again. It has a more robust umami than Yokoyama, which I prefer. Basically, it's dry, but there's a little bit of sweetness and umami. Surprised to see the sake strength of +10 😳 I thought it would be around +7.

I thought I've had a super hot drink before, but I guess it's my first raw one? It's spicy, but with notes of muscatel and apple. Fairly dry, with a short aftertaste.

It's been two years since Hachitan Nishiki Hi-iri? It was freshly opened 😆. The aroma is mild pineapple. Even after drinking, you can feel a hint of pineapple. It's delicious, but I got the impression that it had a fresh and gassy feeling even when it was heated, but I didn't feel it so much this time.

First time squeezing for the third time in three years Not super sweet, but fresh, fruity and a little bitter. I feel like my impression of this sake changes every time I drink it 🤔. First time drinking outside in October, Tochigi Ai 🥰.

I almost went through it thinking it was something I've had before💦. Rice is Misato Nishiki Slightly sweet and fresh. I haven't had Yamamoto in a long time, but this one is delicious.

They said there were two types of Hiran and this was the one I'd never had, so I ordered it. It's super dry, and the specs are such that I wouldn't buy it myself. Yamato Sake Brewery in Saga used to make BLACK JACK, but they stopped making sake, so I wonder if Tobiraman is making it now. It's dry and dry, but not as dry as it sounds, and I found it easy to drink. It's spicy, but it has a citrusy taste that is typical of Hiran.

Just opened and ready to drink 😁. Fresh and juicy! A little bit of 🍌 and 🍑 in the taste. Collage is very tasty when it's freshly opened I think it's my favorite Collage. I'm not sure if I'll be able to find the right one, but I'm sure I'll be able to find the right one. I think the acidity of the Sunburst is not as strong as I've been led to believe in the past. The Kibotsuru Omachi is still delicious!

Hey bouken! We used to enjoy Tojo Yamadanishiki 寫楽 very much! It's expensive though 😅. We also had our first acid burst 💥 the other day and I agree with you that the acidity is not as strong as you say it is 😁.

Fire-brewed but fresh, Yamahai but modern sake I had a bottle of this sake earlier this year, and it's delicious both raw and hi-ire. I still haven't tried Yoshida Kura at home though😅.

I drank Yamadanishiki Nama at home this year, but this one is fire-brewed. It's delicious with a berry-like sweetness and bitterness from the sweetness. I wrote in a post a few years ago that I didn't like Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, but this one was delicious 😋. I also drank a twilight orange 😋.

Schwashy and dry. Not too sweet and gets spicier as the temperature goes up. I've had it at home in the past, but it seemed spicier then. I thought it was a little sweeter 🤔.

I was hungover from drinking a lot the day before, but I had made reservations for the night before, so... I had never had a drink before. It was dry, sweet and sour like a ramune. I got the impression that it tasted more robust than other "Hiran" wines.

I wondered if it was the one I'd had before, but I heard it was pink labeled and I must not have had it, so here's the last one I ordered. It says "orikarami," but it is as cloudy as nigori sake. It has a well-balanced sweetness and a strong rice flavor. It also has a slight bitterness. I think it is as good as famous nigori sake, just not as well known 🤔. It's like drinking 500ml of this at home in the old days😅.

I've been drinking fire-brewed, but this is my first time drinking raw. Muscat and citrusy sweetness. It also has acidity and is very tasty. The bitterness in the sweetness is a nice accent.

I've been drinking Tetorigawa but this is my first time to try Yoshida Kura. It is slightly effervescent and has a sweet and bitter taste like a grefle, and if you are not told, you would not know it is a Yamahai. I would like to drink it freshly opened at home.

It's been a long time since I've had Jikin Aizan😋. It still has a fresh gasiness. It's juicy, berry-intense, sweet and tart with an impressive acidity. The sweetness seemed stronger than when I drank it in the past. I also drank Koei Kiku Snow Crescent Yuyamanishiki and Aozora Hatsu Shibori 😋. Koei Kiku is a consistent and unmistakably delicious 😁. Souzora was also delicious and also sealed 😋. Fresh, dry, sweet and delicious.

This was also a sealed deal 😊. It's cloudy to the point of being lightly cloudy. Fresh, tropical, tropical fruit-like sweet and sour. It's soooo good. It is sweet, but it is refreshing and has a nice sharpness. I regret not drinking it when I saw it at the liquor store. I think it tastes like Eikoufuji, but it is better than Eikoufuji.

I could drink it again this year 😋. It was the one that was sealed or opened shortly after every year, but there was only a little left and it had a pineapple-like sweetness without any gasiness. Silky mouthfeel with a touch of dryness. Almost no pungency 😍. Freshly opened or not, Jigori-nigori is delicious! I'd love to drink it at home sometime 🙄. This one seems sweeter than the ones I've had in the past 🤔.
