It's been a while since I've had a Viridian. less sweet and more wood vat-like than 2018? I still think it's on the sweeter side though. As with the Hiraman, the acidity is strong.
More winey than the other COLORS?
I don't know about Earth and Ash.
It is sweet and sour, though not too sweet. The closer the temperature is to room temperature, the stronger the sweetness becomes.
I think I like ecru better.
