Day 2 Cold
The taste is very different. It's like only the best parts of high quality grapefruit and high quality rice were extracted. It's like a completely different drink from the first day, how can it change so much in one day? Super duper good! 😋
Day 3 - Hot!
It says to drink it chilled, but I heated it up. Awesome! Tastes like a high quality amazake. Fine quality! 😄.
I enjoyed a lot (^_^) shitakkeThis new brew has a pleasant lightness and freshness. It had a slight sweetness and a fruitiness to it. It also has a complex taste, I guess you could say it's full-bodied. I can't help but drink it! A rustic snowman is also very cute É
It looks cloudy, but it's not nigorizake. Rakufumai is a brand of rice. It seems to be a light sake.
Day 3, the sweetness and acidity is a little stronger now!

The rich flavor and sweet aroma of rice! It's also quite strong with a sour taste that has a schwanness to it. And it's spicy! Alcohol is strong at 17 degrees!
All of the arguments are so strong, but they all blend together in a terrific way. Yum! It's just divine!
And the bottles are so cool!
The claim of the alcohol is so strong (in a good way) that most of the food seemed to lose out, but I have a feeling that it would go well with foods with strong flavors such as beef ribs or braised yellowtail (^ ^). 蛇の目スマイルMy favorite rating ★3.8
This is a delicious sake with the gentle sweetness of the koji and rice, and the acidity quickly follows the sweetness of the rice.
It was a bottle full of juicy raw flavor and rice flavor.

Unfiltered Raw Sake, which I'm into lately
Tenmei's new "Nakadori Zero" series of unfiltered unpasteurized sake has been released under different concepts from "Zero" to "Gogo"! I bought it.
The concept of this "Zero-Go" seems to be "a balance of umami, sweet and acid" 😋
The exhilaration of the young acidity of the raw sake that you feel in your mouth, combined with the melon blossom-like aroma and sweetness of a melon/banana-punch that you can feel softly, is pleasant. It's refreshing, but you can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice spreading in your mouth. Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm happy again today 😆 .

I found out that I prefer unfiltered unpasteurized sake (unpasteurized), so I bought this "Kiyoshi" unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
