My favorite rating ★4.3 I found out that I prefer unfiltered unpasteurized sake (unpasteurized), so I bought this "Kiyoshi" unfiltered unpasteurized sake. I like the unfiltered raw sake because the taste that the tongue and nose react to is so strong that it directly stimulates the brain stem. The moment you put it in your mouth, it tastes like a piercing apple and the gas makes it fresh! The rice flavor and hint of aroma spreads out in a fluffy way before a pleasant, trotty, raw sensation reaches your throat. It's all punchy and it spreads in your mouth, but it's crisp and crisp as only a dry wine can be. Depending on the sake cup, the gasiness disappears and the acidity is suppressed, or on the contrary, you can enjoy the acidity and gas more. It's really happy ˂˃˃.
