Slightly rice malt and melon-like top notes
The same gentle aroma as the first sip, the full rice flavor and moderate sweetness spread with crisp acidity, and it finishes with a slight bitterness while retaining the lingering rice flavor.
The rice flavor can be felt moistly, and it goes well with a meal, but is of course delicious on its own as well.
It goes well with seafood pasta in tomato sauce and poloettini. HiranHappy New Born原酒生酒無濾過 ZakuZAKU IMPRESSION Type H純米原酒無濾過発泡 身欠ニシン⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎

Slight pineapple and rice malt overtones
The same gentle aroma as the top rise, the plump sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a soft acidity and a slight bitterness that rises early and finishes quickly.
The balance of the wine is moist, and it goes well with meals, but it is also delicious on its own.
It went well with Japanese pasta with pork and mushrooms. ジェイ&ノビィHi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
Nanamizu-san! The autumn label looks great under the blue sky 🤗It's delicious 😋. Masaaki SapporoGood evening, Jay & Nobby 😃Autumn labels are moist and delicious 😋 Enjoy the next few days ✨. Yanma純米吟醸 雄町 中採り直詰め原酒純米吟醸原酒無濾過 Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (Wife: 8 points)

Apple and pineapple-like top notes
The same soft aroma as the first sip, the firm umami of rice and the moderate sweetness spread out with a crisp acidity, leaving a lingering rice flavor and a slightly bitter finish.
It is mellow but also crisp, and goes well with a meal or on its own.
It goes well with Seto yakisoba noodles from the Kenmin Show.
I made a LED and wooden rack out of a shelf with a desk that I've been using since I was a student, and decorated it with cutouts for work. ポンちゃんHi Masaaki Sapporo 🐦.
I always thought you had a nice platform, and I'm glad I got a glimpse of its secret 😆.
The yakisoba is soy sauce? I guess it's because the yakisoba is soy sauce based seasoned, but it goes well with it! Masaaki SapporoPon, thank you for all your help 😃I'm playing with various things I don't have 🪚 slightly dry Yamama, it seems to go with a wide range of meals 😋. Delicious!
It's an unctuous sake, but it's very full-bodied.
The sweetness is moderate (just a hint of sweetness).
Warming it up a bit enhances the sweetness and rice flavor. Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (Wife: 8 points)
Rice used : Aizan
Rice Polishing Ratio : 50
Alcohol content : 16
Pon when opened
Almost no gas
Slight pineapple and grape-like aroma on the top.
The same fruity aroma as on the top, fresh sweetness and soft rice flavor spreads with a light acidity reminiscent of white wine, and it finishes quickly with a slight bitterness and lingering sweetness.
The sweetness, which is not strong but is typical of Aizan, lingers from the first sip to the aftertaste, and the acidity, which rises quickly, makes the wine refreshing to drink.
It goes well with a meal and is of course delicious on its own. ZakuZAKU IMPRESSION Type M純米吟醸原酒無濾過発泡 BunrakuBUNRAKU NEW WAVE Concept Workers Selection純米大吟醸生詰酒 Masaaki Sapporo8.5 points (8.5 points for my wife)

Pineapple top note, just like the label says.
The same fruity aroma as the top, the full sweetness and soft rice flavor spreads with citrus-like acidity, and the slightly bitter and fresh aroma lingers on the finish.
It is a little sweet, but the acidity and bitterness bring it all together in a gentle way, making it a great match with a meal or on its own.
It went well with 7-Eleven's Gold Series mackerel stewed in miso and grilled marinated marinated pork.
It also went well with Thai-style stir-fried pork belly and eggplant, and leek balls. ぶんずToday is the first time I started drinking earlier this week, in Ji Lan.
Heaven, heaven? Heaven?
When you open the bottle, you can see the bubbles slowly coming out.
When you open it, you can smell a lot of sweet lactic acid!
It's sweet, but the acidity works to tighten up the sweetness.
It's like it keeps the sweetness from being too clingy.
Today's taste is milder than the first day the bottle was opened.
I feel it is milder than the first day of drinking.
It is a little bit like Heaven as you drink it.
It is a delicious bottle.

Soft and strawberry topping
The same fruity aroma of strawberries as the topping, a not too strong but full sweetness and umami of rice spread out with the sourness of strawberries, and it slowly finishes with a lingering strawberry aroma and sweet and sour aftertaste.
It is better as an aperitif or dessert sake than with a meal.
It is mostly strawberry juice, but it went well with pasta with chicken in tomato sauce.
By the way, there is a strawberry farm in Kagawa that sells sweet strawberries, and their soft-serve ice cream is also delicious! のみすけMasaaki Sapporo. Good evening 😊.
I'm local but I didn't know this drink 😓.
Strawberry 🍓🍶 and tomato sauce go well together 😲.
I'd like to try it together 😋💕 Masaaki SapporoGood morning, Minosuke😃The Kawatsuru Sake Brewery looks like a nice atmosphere and I would like to visit when I go back home, but I haven't made it there yet😅The sake here is only available once a year 🍶The sourness of the tomato sauce and the sweetness of the strawberries was a nice touch: 🍽️ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
