The same gentle aroma as the first sip, the full rice flavor and moderate sweetness spread with crisp acidity, and it finishes with a slight bitterness while retaining the lingering rice flavor.
The rice flavor can be felt moistly, and it goes well with a meal, but is of course delicious on its own as well.
It goes well with seafood pasta in tomato sauce and poloettini.
