This is Shirakiku's Hyakumangoku No Shiro Junmai Ginjo Sake. It is made from Hyakumangoku No Shiro, a rice suitable for sake brewing developed by Ishikawa Prefecture over a period of 11 years!
Oeyama Junmai Daiginjo from Matsunami Shuzo in Noto! It was brewed with a new type of sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, Hyakumangoku No Shiro, and served as a new sake for 2021! It was a very fragrant and fruity sake.
It is a freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake 2022 by Mr. Noriguchi. It was a delicious sake that was fresh and easy to drink.

Today we had a bottle of Shirakiku Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake SONOMANMA from Okunoto in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
As the label says, it is a very tasty sake with a fresh aroma of Shirakiku from the moment it is poured into the mouth. It is so easy to drink that I drank too much (laugh).
