It is mild, but has a dignified and gorgeous flavor that is different from a sweet fruity flavor.
I don't like flower yeast because it has a strong sweet image, but this is good.
It cuts through quickly, but it also has a good umami flavor, making it an excellent food sake.
I think it goes well with everything, except for strong doteyaki.
A Japanese aged raw sake with carbon dioxide gas.
It has a fresh taste with a mild sweetness with a sense of maturity combined with a slight carbonation. I think I like it better than the regular Wa Mature Nama Shu.
It tastes like something addictive!
Hi bouken 😃I've never seen carbonation added to aged raw sake 😳I think I've seen carbonation added to low-alcohol fresh raw sake quite often, but it's an interesting direction 🤔I'd love to try it to see how it turns out 🍶.
Mr. Aladdin, good evening 🌃
Carbonated gas in an aged type is certainly rare 😁.
I thought it would have been interesting if it was sparkling like because it was slightly bubbly and weak gas 🙄.
I've always been curious about Qinghuang, finally got around to drinking it.
I was worried that the date was old, but I had no problem with the taste 😁.
According to the official SNS, it's a raw sake. The description "slightly active" is unusual. Dry and melon-like sweetness. Good balance of sweet and spicy. It is a winter sake, but I think it goes well with summer as well.
It is labeled as "slightly active" but when you mix the lees 😅.
When the temperature goes up, the spiciness comes through.
The 4th picture is the shopping street I passed on the way home from the liquor store where I bought this sake.
The whole area was a bit eerie under the elevated railway tracks, and Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi's "Koi Uta" was playing loudly, giving it a unique underground feel 🤣.
Thank you very much.
Shopping streets in Konohana and Nishiyodogawa ward are nice.
I don't like to go there because the roads are so annoying, but the scenery is nice.
I'm looking forward to passing through there when I go to SAKEBOX Sakashita!
Shinjou-san, here's my first 🙋.
I'm sure you know that! You know 😁The Kasugade shopping street where the store where I bought this sake is located is farther from the station, but it was a beautiful shopping street😊.
The family store attached to the mansion in Denpo that looks like a mansion in a comic book was mysterious and interesting. Combined with the sense of mismatch with the scenery😁.
Shinanotsuru has a gap between the label and the taste.
It is thin and cloudy. Pineapple-like ginjo aroma. It is a little gassy and has a light sweetness. More refreshing than expected. I think I like Tasatsuki better than the one I had before.
Hey Manachie, happy new year!
I opened it after drinking the whole bottle, so I thought my taste buds were bugged, but it seems I was right 🤣 I'm looking forward to your review, too 😊.
When I opened it, the stopper blew 💦.
This is my first Sawa Hime. It's a refreshing and crispy drink. It's spicy but also sweet and sour. It might taste sweeter a little longer after taking it out of the fridge.
It has a strong alcohol taste and smell....
As a side note, I heard that the son of this brewery is a comedian, Ma Inoue. I haven't seen him around lately.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie.
I thought about leaving the active nigori because it changes after opening the bottle, but I wanted to empty the fridge so I just drank it normally 😅I think I forgot the comedian existed, so you have to be a fan to know him 💦.
The one I bought with Shinanotsuru.
I didn't write it down, but I tagged it accordingly because several liquor stores' social networking sites indicate that it is unfiltered raw sake.
Gassy, fresh, apple-like flavor. The overall impression is of roughness and a strong alcohol taste in the second half of the bottle. I wonder if this is the type of wine that needs to be left for a while.
I bought it at Kobayashi Shouten in Kasugade shopping street near USJ, not Univa.... I always walk from Chidoribashi station because the nearest station is far away. Beyond this point, there are no more houses and it becomes an industrial area 🏭.
The now defunct signboard of the world's chief and the Tamon vending machine (still in operation!). gives the impression of a liquor store with deep roots in the community.
The address shown on Sake-no-Wawa is the same liquor store, but it's a standing drinking place, so the location is a little different.
I feel like I go to a store that mainly sells one bottle and not many 4-gallon bottles, so I look on SNS and if there are 4-gallon bottles available, I go buy them.
Brands handled include Kamo Kanehide, Yamama, Okura, Take-no-en, Mansaku no Hana, Sagaminada, Kurumazaka, etc. Especially rare in Kansai are Iyo Kagiya, Shinanotsuru, Seikou, and Kameko-Kabishi. I'm thinking of going to buy a bottle of Kameko-Kabishi soon.
Gassy and fruity.
I have the impression that it quickly takes over from the pineapple-like sweetness and flavor with a quick spiciness.
I think it is rare to find this type of flavor in the latter half of the year.
I think it is easier to drink after a few days than freshly opened. Sweetness is also emphasized.
Good evening, bouken☆(*´ч`*)
I miss the spring days!!!!
My friend was in Kasugade middle school😊.
I think it was plum middle school 🙄.
I used to go to Chidoribashi a lot!
I am from Takarazuka, but I had many friends in Konohana-ku.
Asahibashi, I think...
I have a friend who lives in that area and we used to go there all the time!
I've been wanting to try this Panda Festival for a while. Sweet, fruity, refreshing. Rice flavor in the second half. A little minerality and gas. The appeal that "We made a new yabuta. The appeal is unusual.
This year, I feel that the postings of Risshun Asashibori are more prominent than usual. I've pre-ordered it myself, but it'll probably be a while before I drink it.
Kameko-Hanabishi has always been my favorite sake, but 4 gou is hard to find, so I bought it by weight. It was sold as a set, like a comparison of Hanabishi and Sagaminada's Miyamanishiki. In contrast to the Sagaminada, the Hanabishi was very refreshing and gentle. I guess there must be a difference in the yeast, but there is a clear difference even with the same rice.
Fruity, juicy goodness. Delicious. It was sold by weight at a sake shop. A set of Miyamanishiki to compare. I think it tastes better close to room temperature.
Sagamitanada is not so easy to find in Kansai. I could finally buy it. It has sweetness at the entrance and spiciness at the end. It's only about 1,000 yen, so the price is pretty good.
