I chose a sake with a sour taste and a strong flavor 🤔.
As it turns out, it was a perfect match 👍
The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of green apple 🎶.
The taste is a bit sweet and reminds me of sour apple🍎😋.
There is also a taste of rice, but much less than I imagined 🤔.
The acidity gives it a nice sharpness that makes it very easy to drink 😍.
It's a little different from what I expected before drinking it, but this is good👍
The 4th picture is the annual gift of dried sweet potatoes from my best friend in Ibaraki today😍
They are so delicious 😋!
After eating these, we don't buy dried potatoes at the supermarket anymore 😆.
I don't know if it goes with this, but I think I'll open a bottle of my treasured Kojo-shu. I'm not sure if it'll go well with this 😏.
