Today we opened a bottle of Akabu that we haven't had in a while😍
We compared a bottle of Sake Mirai Nama and a bottle of Fire-brewed Sake Mirai that we've been saving 😋.
I prefer the fire-brewed one in my opinion ☺️.
The aroma is fruity, gorgeous and sweet like melon 😍.
However, it has a more subdued impression compared to the raw 🤔.
Like the aroma, it has a sweet and gentle taste reminiscent of melon🍈🎶 or this one has a more robust flavor.
Or this one has a more robust flavor.
It is hard to sip because of the fire-roasting process, so you can savor it until the very end 😋.
No bitterness and a little acidity, but it has a nice sharpness to it 😁.

Akabu, comparing sake future drinking is too luxurious ‼️.
I had the impression that the raw one had a pronounced bitterness, and depending on the conditions, I might have preferred the fire-roasted one.
Both are too delicious though!
