Polishing ratio Koji rice 50% Yamadanishiki Kake rice 60% Kame-no-o
Sour and fruity on the palate. It is juicy with a sweetness that is not unpleasant. The sourness that passes through the nose is like taking a bite of fruit. The aftertaste is like green apple or pear. Quite delicious.
