Dry and umami. A little sweetness in the middle, with a slight bitterness and a slight sourness in the aftertaste. There is a lingering aftertaste of umami. It may have been the first time I thought it was well-balanced and tasty, even though it has a dry mouthfeel. I bought it because the jacket looked like Eva's. It was unexpectedly dry, but I liked it a lot. Tasty. I bought it because of the jacket.
