Polishing ratio 50%.
Dry and umami. A little sweetness in the middle, with a slight bitterness and a slight sourness in the aftertaste. There is a lingering aftertaste of umami. It may be the first time that I thought it was well-balanced and tasty, even though it has a dry mouthfeel. I bought it because the jacket looked like Eva's. It was unexpectedly dry, but I liked it a lot. Tasty. I bought it because of the jacket.
On the second day after opening the bottle, the aroma was alcoholic, but the corners were removed and it was sweet and juicy. The aftertaste is like raisins.
