Sake rice: 80% Domaine Sakura Omachi, 20% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio Koji rice: 50% Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: 60% Yumachi
It is sweet and sour and much lighter. The fruity aroma when it enters the mouth is muscat and lychee-like, and it is quite easy to drink. The aftertaste is also quite refreshing without bitterness. It is hard to describe, but it feels like after eating some kind of fruit.
