Memorandum Looking back at the past Sake rice Unknown Polishing ratio 50%. It seems to be quite habitual. Spicy? Slightly dry with a hint of sweetness. Shuwashuwa type. Strange. From the beginning, it's sweet and bitter, a bit greenish, but I don't dislike it, in other words, it's unique.
