It has been a long time since I drank Kariho. It has been a long time since I drank Yamahai. It has a full-bodied flavor and a good texture, which is typical of Yamahai. Even though it is so heavy, you can feel the umami and the sharpness. After a hard day's work, this heavy and robust feeling sinks in.

Finally finished working and studying and went for a drink. At first I wanted a big, straight, dry one, but they only had a sip left... I thought it was too bad, but I was lucky they gave it to me for free!

Very interesting! I have no idea that this is the same brewery that makes mansaku no hana. I like the way it's all about the dry taste.

I've had a lot of sake, so I'd like to try a clear sake. It is exquisite, harmonizing with any dishes, but still giving us a sense of sake-like quality. I'm so glad!
