I didn't see it on the menu and was attracted by the label and the fact that it was from Kochi.
I was attracted by the label and the fact that it was Kochi, so I tried it and I liked it!

On the menu
"The hottest junmai sake in Japan, punchy and dry.
I was a little scared when I took a sip,
I was surprised to find that it was totally different from what I had imagined!
