The third drink is Gokotsuru. You have to drink this when you come to this restaurant. This sake is from Suwa, where the proprietress is from. It is a delicious sake that I also learned about at this restaurant.
This is what I got changed to fruity. Golden wedding of Kanda local Toshimaya. This brewery, famous for its yamori, had a warehouse in Kanda in the Edo period. Now they have a factory in Higashimurayama, but they have a direct sales store in Kanda. It is delicious.
