It's light and cloudy 🤍.
I can feel the sweetness and umami taste 😚.
I can feel the strong texture on my tongue at the end and I can still bust out even if it's cloudy 😎.
There is a pungent spiciness in the aftertaste...there should be no spiciness in the sake...but it's strange🤔.
When I paired it with Tsukune sansho, the piquancy of the sansho remained and the nigori rice flavor 🌾 made me feel relaxed 🤗.
