The fifth last drink is Flay. It is said to be a cheering sake. It is said to be a cheering sake and should be drunk warmed. It was nigori (nigori is a kind of cloudy rice liquor), but it tasted very nice and mildly warmed. I was satisfied with all the heated sake I had today.

The second glass was a Taketsuru. Last time I had a black one, which the proprietress had warmed up, but today it was nigori. Today's was nigori. It was the first nigori heated sake I've ever had. It's not sweet, but it's very mild and tasty.

Today I had a casual drink with a junior colleague from work. We came to a heated sake restaurant that we often come to these days. We asked for their sake recommendations. The first sake was Ei. It's a very refreshing sake. The engine has started to rev up.

I can't help saying that until the third cup. Of course, this is my first time to drink Tottori Umezu, but this warmed up sake is more brown. But I like this complex flavor. I forgot to take a picture, but let me post it.

For the second glass, the proprietress followed up with a heated sake that had impressed her the first time she drank it, and went with the Taketsuru. It was originally a sake brewer as well as a whiskey. It is brown. But it is delicious. It is soft and mild, with a perfect balance of umami, acidity, and various other flavors. It is addictive.
