日本酒初心者です。最近わかったことは ・BYが少し古い熟成感 ・濃醇 ・旨味 ・みりんみたいな味 ・旨口というのか ・スーパーで買った天狗舞うまいて言ってたら、美味しんぼで取り上げられてた酒なんか… ・スーパーで買った黒松剣菱。これこそ至高。剣菱は入手性が高い。瑞祥、瑞穂、極上黒松剣菱、剣菱を全部買った。せめて剣菱の比較は極めたい 以後剣菱と比べてどうか、という評価になります。なので偏ってます。

てててI finished the Kuromatsu Kenrishi, so I tried the Kyokujo. I like Kuromatsu Kenrishi better heated, but I think I prefer it at room temperature. By the way, I can't really tell the difference. This one has more alcohol, but is it mellower? It's about the same. Also, I think I might smell a banana aroma, but that's just my imagination.

てててI searched online and was curious about the man mountain! and bought from what was available anyway. It's super hard to choose a sake...room temperature is a bit different, warming it up softens it up.

てててDelicious. When heated up, it comes with a big thump. The direction is a little different. The best way to tell the difference is by the color, but you can't see the color of the sake bottle.

てててI bought it because it was hard to find sake with a BY listed at Aeon, and the back of the bottle showed a slight sense of maturity. I bought it because I saw on the back of the bottle that it had a slightly matured taste, so I bought it.
