First of all, the jacket is simple and beautiful.
The sake has a good sense of balance, which the brewer describes as a "new classic".
Chitashige in Nagoya was a nice liquor store that I visited for the first time.

I can't resist the last bottle at the liquor store😅.
I went to ☝️ to buy a bottle of this one I hadn't had in a while, but it wasn't there 🥲.
I carefully selected a different brand and found it after the check 👀‼️
There's a separate Rust 1 corner in this store.
I brought an additional girl from this corner 😄.

Took me a while to open the bottle.
The carbonation itself isn't that harsh, but the schwa is there.
But at this time of year, I think it's better to have this much schwar!
Ori is automatically stirred.

Most of the labels are also cat🐈.
I wondered why cats?
I found out that cats were kept to protect important grains (sake rice, right?) from rats.
It's the same in Europe.
They've had a close relationship with cats for a long time.
I went to the store to buy a bottle of shwash because it was hot and I wanted to drink it 👀.

The sourness is there, but the crispness is still there.
I think it's good on a gloomy day during the rainy season.
Not too spicy.
But not too sweet.
Good balance.
Almost no alcohol taste, so I drink it in small gulps.

It's hot and humid today ☁️ which is hard because my body isn't used to it yet 😞.
I've heard a lot of people in the sakewa area say that they matured their notes in the fridge,
I'm not sure if it's a matter of forgetting to post it or not 😅.

It has a great sharpness.
Not quite melon, but a bit of melon taste.
It tastes like rice too.
Seems to have mellowed a bit after a few days after opening the bottle 🙂.
I think it's a little more mature than it used to be.

超久々の船中八策 雫下生酒。
調べてみたら4年ぶり。
前回飲んだ時は、バリバリ辛口派
だったのでコレを飲んだ時には
何だか船中にしては甘めだなぁ〜
とイマイチな感想でした。
・・・が、しかしあれから色々な種類の
飲んで来たので再チャレンジする事に
しました。
船中の辛口さはありつつの
生酒ならではフレッシュ感。
甘めでは無く、このフレッシュ感を
あまり知らない時だったので
違和感を感じてたみたい。
今は全然OK👌
逆に船中の辛口らしく無いこの味が
面白く感じてます。
美味しく頂きました🙏

I opened the bottle quickly and popped it into the glass without thinking, there was no niggles 😫.
