I heard that it was kept in the store for New Year's. I've never had a lot of Imi, so I can't compare. I've never tasted much Imi sake, so I can't compare it with other sake, but I heard it tastes not like Imi sake because it uses white malted rice. Maybe because it was aged for a while, it was a gentle sake with a round taste. It also has a gentle sweetness.
