The aroma is reminiscent of Mont Blanc. The richness is accompanied by a powdery note.

Almost colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma reminiscent of grapes. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is assertive with acetic acidity accompanied by a light effervescence. The finish is sharp and short. Sake with a hint of sake. The acidity of the sake was a perfect match for the tomato sauce and cheese dish!

I tasted what my friend was drinking and it was delicious, so I asked for a kaminari (divine thunder), but the master brought out a different sake from the back of the room. What? I thought it was different, but then I saw the label and figured it out 😁. It was a different version of the same sake. I guess it's a drinking comparison 🤔. It seems to be a joint project between Ryusei, Shinrai, and Kyokuho, and sold in hanpukai style. It seems to be a project to compare a 60% Shin Gin (flat polished rice) and a 45% polished rice. The difference is that Jinrai is a sake brewer, Ryusei is a fast brewer, and Kyokuho is a yeast-added sake brewer. I only drank Shinrai this time 😅. This is the version with polished rice as usual. It tastes beautiful because it is polished, but the taste of Shinrai is more distinct and stronger than Shinrai. I think it tastes spicier than the Shin Gin. Personally, I preferred the Shin Gin. The intention of this project is that if the Shin Gin tastes better, it doesn't need to be polished so much, right? That's what it seems to be.

I saw on the news that a company in Hiroshima has developed a revolutionary rice-polishing technology. It would be interesting to compare three kinds of sake: normal, biheiyo, and shingin!

Good morning bouken 😃 My friend was the only one and the master was not the only one 😳I'm not sure if I'm getting the meaning right when I write this 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran😃. So it was a company in Hiroshima 😲. Shigin, Hakurakusei, Senzuke and many other breweries have adopted it 🤔.

I tasted a little of what my friend was drinking. This is the first time I've ever had a drink at home or outside. The rice is Senbon Nishiki. The rice is Senbon-Nishiki and the rice is 60% Shin Gin (flat polished rice). The rice is flat polished, so it seems to be about 50% polished. It was so gorgeous and fruity like muscat that you wouldn't notice it was a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast. The aroma is good. It has a strong flavor and is very drinkable.

Rafa, good evening 😃. Actually, my friend asked for the master's recommendation 😅I'll post it in the next post. I'll post it in the next post 😅I had to drink a different spec of this drink after that for some reason 🤣.

Pitchy gasiness. A good balance of sweetness and umami. Personally, I like it a lot. It is quite impressive, just like when I drank Igarashi at home before. I want to go buy some Igarashi, but I can't get to Fujiidera 💦.

I met a friend from high school for the first time in a while and we went to a sake bar after going out for yakiniku. I didn't know he liked sake. It's been about 2 years since my last visit, and I'm glad to see that my 92 year old mom is still as healthy as ever😊. The first sake we drank was Hanayo. It's not too sweet, but it has a slight pineapple taste and ends with a bitter taste. It's delicious, but if you're looking for something like Huayouyasutra, I think it's not quite right. I was talking with other customers that it was like "the match" in that it didn't feel like a "hana-yosu".

Good evening bouken 😃 I was going to buy this at a liquor store in Saitama but they said they only wholesale it to restaurants because of small shipments 😭I guess it's more of an irregular sake 😁.

Good evening, bouken🥂. I'm curious about your friend's newfound love of sake and hana-yosu, but I'm also interested in your 92 year old mother ⁉️😳 I'd like to meet your mother more than I'd like to meet your sake😃.

Good evening, Rafa 😃. I saw the instagram of the liquor store where I think Rafa-san went, but it says that they sell only to restaurants with which they have a relationship 😅.

Maybe they took the measure of selling only to restaurants because they are likely to get a lot of inquiries for the new product 🤔.

Good evening, Mr. Chidorisashi. It's a store run by two people, the master (son) who is a tsundere and the mother who is a signboard girl 😊It's a good store with a good clientele and good conversation among the customers 🤗.

It is spicy but has a strong acidity and is suitable for warming up. I actually drank it warmed. It has an atmosphere like a Tottori sake, perhaps due to the use of tamaei.

It's sweeter and more fruity than any other sake I've had made with Tamae. I think it's one of the sweeter ones in Ryuki.

Stable Hanayo-Yoku. I got the impression that it was mature even though it had the Hanayo-Yoku style. It's mature, but totally delicious.
