It's the well-known Isoban, isn't it! It's a sake that goes especially well with fish from the local area of Yaizu where the brewery is located.
I had it with the sashimi of the kanbora. It's a great harmony.

This is my first sake from Ibaraki Prefecture! It was brewed with subsoil water from the Kinugawa River system, which is soft and fine!
