I had only had sweeter shimehari, but this is refreshingly spicy and not too sweet. It is refreshing while also being rich.

My first time to try hot, handsome sake. I remember swooning over hot sake in the past, but when I tried it...it was delicious - sweet sake. It also has a nice aroma of rice. The cold one I had before was delicious, but this one is less spicy and also tastes better.

I thought it was fireworks, but it is chestnuts lol. It is dry and slightly sweet with a richness that is clean and not too light. It is easy to drink and goes well with meals.

Gently sweet and refreshing with a nice aroma coming through the nose. Pungent after taste. Delicious. There are many Hiroshima sake that I like.

It seems to be from a collaboration with Snow Peak! At room temperature, it's sweet but the bitterness seems stronger. When it's cold, it's sweet and the long taste is a little diluted. It goes really well with ratatouille tomato sauce and cutlets.

It seems to be a collaboration with SNOW PEAK. It has a dry taste with a good amount of sweetness and a bit of bitterness. I think it goes well with all kinds of food.
