Very fizzy. Beautiful acidity and juicy sweet flavor. I wish I had bought it in a 4-pack. It's like a Calpis soda.
According to the liquor store that carries it, it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and it's made with shizuku-tori, a process called bag-hanging. That makes the price a little high.
