Crab cream croquette. It has nothing to do with sake.
The proprietress recommended San Shoraku, which is new to the restaurant. This tastes as good as the crab cream croquette. (^o^)
It has character. It has a sour taste 🐜 and the aroma of koji (malted rice) comes through well. It's a pure sake, isn't it? I was convinced that this was the case.
