Not so much like Hahoyo or Kameizumi 🫡. へろ8It is a nigori (nigori sake) with a refreshing taste, but not too sweet.

I would like to correct yesterday's post 🙇.
I had it today on its own, almost no sweetness or acidity.
It was dry 🍶 with firm rice flavor and slight bitterness!
It was delicious and rich in umami 😅 へろ8The first sip seemed tasteless, but a slight sweetness and a moderate bitterness and pungency followed.
On the second day, the sweetness seemed to increase.
It is a delicious 🍶 that is cosy and easy to drink!
