A pleasant popping sound upon opening the bottle.
I had it by itself. It is a very tasty sake, not too sweet, but fruity, with excellent acidity and a slight bitterness that gives it a nice kick!
According to the liquor store, they like Yukimura Sanada and have newly started handling this sake!
