I had wanted to visit Sai-Lin Honten after reading your post, and was overwhelmed by the selection! I was overwhelmed with the selection of sake I wanted! After much deliberation, I bought a bottle, but that will come later.
May 29. One bottle was this one! This one from the neighboring city of Osaki. I finally took a picture of it, so it is no longer unsettled!
Opened on June 3. Not too light and heavy. Sweetness and light bitterness.

We are also looking forward to seeing you at the Sai-Lin Honten, which we couldn't get to yesterday because we were too late.
Yesterday, I couldn't make it because I couldn't make it in time 🥺.
There are so many sake I want to drink and have fun and buy too much 🥰.
Looking forward to your review ♪̊̈♪̆̈

The first time I went there, my mind was like

Eirin. Thank you very much. I visited the town of Kogota several times when I was a student, but I only bought a bun at the station. There was too much sake I wanted.

Thank you, T.KISO. It really was 💕like. Both Nabe-sama and Den-sama were normal!

Thank you, Wakata-san. The sake brewer is also an important link between us and the brewery, and although he was young, he told us a lot. Sakewa's specifications do not show locations in other prefectures, so we will add a sake repo later!
