I had not been able to find Hana Yuu, so I tried Ryoseki Shuzo's.
The weather is still gloomy and I chose blue.
It's called Dry Evolution, and it's really dry and refreshing!
I usually don't mind bitterness, but it seems to linger somewhat after drinking
Not bad at all.
I tried it on the rocks, but I guess that's a no-no.
It was a good sake, so I wanted to try the sweet one.
I wonder if they still have it in stock.
I should have bought them together...
