I've been drinking a lot since before Golden Week, so the contents of my liquor cabinet are empty 🤣I get nervous when it's empty 😁I'm an alcoholic 🤣️🤣.
Since last week, I've been restocking a little more, and today, I used my paycheck to go restock the liquor again 😝I'm sick 🤣.
I went to the liquor store that Masa-san told me about to buy Tobiroki's Junmai Daiginjo. I was able to get my first Tobiroki 😍Thank you Masashi-san 🙇️.

Opening a bottle of Hanamura's Sake Mirai.
Sake Mirai is a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo of Jyushiro. And the sake that Takagi Shuzo technically trained is Hanamura😍.
It's already a Jyushiyo 😆.
Now for the taste😋
Oh! It still has a hint of Jyuoshiyo in it! Am I being too conscious?
The sweetness spreads gently and leaves a lingering finish. The sweetness spreads a little more gently in Hanaup. I'm not sure if it's because I'm too conscious of it, but I think it's because it's too similar.
Either way it's delicious😋I wonder if it'll last till the weekend😝I wouldn't hesitate to buy a bottle👍.
