Today, I️ opened a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo from Kido in Wakayama that I️ had been curious about.
This is a delicious one😋.
It's sweet and juicy with a slight bitterness at the end. I'm not sure if it's the sweetness or the bitterness, but it's the bitterness that kills it.
I'll stop at 3 gou. I'll save it for tomorrow👍.

Kido's Juntai is a delicious definite 😋 If you're not careful, you'll end up drinking it all, and holding out for 3 gou is alright 😆 I do that almost every time. 🤣

The bitterness accentuates the taste of the wine, and it's delicious 😍There was enough sweetness for my sweet tooth, so I almost went for 4 cups, but I stayed at 3 cups 😝.
