Yesterday's second run was Tsushima-ya😋
It has the typical Tsushimaya flavor and strong acidity👍It is thicker than Kiso Mikawa and the acidity at the end makes it tighter. I'm sure it will be great with strong flavored food😁.
I want to drink White Label too 😍.
