A bottle I brought back from a trip to Tohoku in September. It seemed to be a summer-only sake, but it didn't feel like a summer sake. It is made by Nanbu Touji and Miyagi's original sake rice, Kuranomai. I thought it would be a solid, refreshing Otokoyama! I thought it would be a bit like Otokoyama. But it was a very refreshing sake with a great flavor.
