たけるパパThe last of 🍶 purchased on a procurement trip to Echigo Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture.
Purchased at Ponshukan in Echigo Yuzawa station.
Manufactured in July 2024.
I had tasted the regular version of Itky at the sake tasting booth next door and was going to buy it because it had a sweet and sour taste that I liked, but the pink label caught my eye among the Itky on the shelves.
When I picked it up, I found that it was labeled "Sweet Version.
The regular version was quite sweet, but this one was even sweeter. I had no choice but to buy it.
After a month's layover, the bottle was finally opened.
When the bottle was opened, it had a heavy sweet smell. If I had to say something, I would say apricots. It is a low alcohol, but it is not refreshing.
When you take a sip, the sweetness that reminds you of apricots spreads in your mouth first, but the sourness soon catches up with it. The sourness quickly fades away, and the sweetness remains in the mouth until the end. The combination of sourness and sweetness is a bit like lemonade. The aftertaste is slightly bitter with a hint of alcohol.
The alcohol content is 10 degrees.
Sake alcohol content is -60%.
This sake can also be chilled to a crisp and drunk in large gulps. 夢茶苦茶也It was introduced in the same way as the previous Kayama, but with less flavor and a unique smell. 夢茶苦茶也Displayed at DHC Brewery and Store

Easy to drink
Niigata-like たけるパパPurchased at Ponshukan Echigo-Yuzawa station store.
One of the purchases made during the Niigata expedition. It was recommended by Kikusui at a street vendor.
It was easy to drink because of its low alcohol content of 14 degrees.
It is said to be made with high malic acid-producing yeast, which is found in white wine.
The aroma is of gorgeous apples. In the mouth, the apple acidity spreads quickly, and the sweetness is well supported, but it is also very refreshing.
It does not have the soaked-alcoholic taste that one tends to find in honjozo sake. It is easy to drink despite being a Kikusui.
たけるパパPurchased at Ponshukan Echigo-Yuzawa station store.
One of the purchase expeditions to Niigata. Stopped by after the sake tasting booth.
The label and bottle are mantis-colored.
According to the official explanation of the origin of the name, "Nommikiri" means to cut the "Numi" (stopper at the bottom of the tank) of the storage tank and serve the sake in order to check the degree of maturity and taste of the sake stored in the brewery by tasting it. The name "Nunmikiri Junmai" was chosen because it coincides with the "Mantissei" of the first 72 weather conditions of the 24th solar term "芒種" (芒種).
The name "Mantis" means "praying mantis" in Japanese. The season when the praying mantis is born🍶 and so on.
The aroma before the sip has a mild rice-derived aroma. In the mouth, the smooth quality of the sake has a sweetness, but the full-bodied flavor is very rich.
The alcohol content is 16 degrees. In my opinion, it has a strong alcohol taste. そめぞうIt was really hot today. Ski slopes, it was a jabbering hot day. The last edition of the season's practice should lead to next season.
I was thinking of craft beer on a day like this, and then I remembered that there was this cute pink fizzy stuff. It has 8 degrees alcohol by volume and is insanely easy to drink. I guzzled it down with a little yogurt taste. (I did drink a spud and a glass of water before that.)
I have heard from a sake brewer that "Sake that doesn't look like sake is selling well as an introductory drink for young people. I am sure this is one of them.
