Second time I've been to Tenbi...
I found this without seeing it very often, so I bought it...
Sweet, clean and slightly effervescent, I can see why it's so popular✨
Upgraded to my favorite👍

I bought this at a liquor store while out and about...
Dry, clean, mild taste, typical of Miyagi ✨.
Tastes like Urakasumi or Ichinokura...

☆☆☆☆ It doesn't suit me...

I thought it would be a shame to open it, but then I heard that the second lot was being shipped, so I opened it up right away. It's not too sweet and not too bitter, but it's a very gentle nigorizake. I opened it like Calpis! I wish they'd release it in a bottle (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
It's delicious, with an intense umami and sweetness that comes with a bang. I think it's a fire-hardened sake, but it tastes almost exactly the same as the raw sake I had before (ugh). Personally, I prefer the second day to the first, as it's calmer. Either way, it was delicious!
☆☆1/2
Very refreshing and easy to drink, but the richness or flavor is somewhat diminished. It is easy to drink, but the taste of alcohol is not as good as it should be. It is better to drink it with strong flavored drinks.
Is the scent alcoholic and mediocre? But then I took a sip and was surprised!
Gorgeous flavors, sharp acidity, fullness and roundness come together in a bundle. I've never tasted such a multilayered flavor before.
The aftertaste was impressive, with a sweetness like a persimmon and a sourness that lingered indefinitely.
Just as the label says, the aroma and flavor of Yamada-Nishiki are immediately apparent in the mouth.
This is the first time I've had it and it's my favorite type!

It's well-balanced, and for me, a lover of good taste, it's easy to drink without any snacks. It's one of my very favorite drinks that I like very much.
Shocking perfection. It's unpasteurized, 13% alu content and 100% omachi. You can enjoy both the refinement and the deep flavor unique to Japanese sake. It's great as a mid-meal saké, and while it's good with Japanese food, it looks even better with Western food. It's really good. I think it's a great name sake!
