#Musashi Shinjo# w/o/small/sake/fuku/yama/river/hori The Shimanto River natural eel was grilled white 😋. Then came this one, where the master brewer has a master-disciple relationship. We started with a summer sake called "Mashirao". It's still hot and humid, so it's good for my mood. The best match! The crispy skin goes well with the tender meat of the grilled white fish. It's hard to find a good sake to go with good snacks 😅.
