Last year just coincided with reaching 100 CI, but I never thought I could do 260 CI in one year 😲I've made progress in my drinking life 🤣.
Well, since it's our anniversary, I got a bottle of "Kirizukuba Chikara" and then opened this one for the first time 🍶.
Abe Star Series REGULUS.
I am a Leo♌ in the year of the Pig, so I celebrated myself with a sake bearing the first star of Leo!

The slight aroma of sweet rice, even when concentrated with the wet aroma of sceptered stone, the slight carbonation felt on the tip of the tongue, the slightly sweet taste in balance, the crisp acidity, and the sweetness of rice felt in the aftertaste.

Slightly sweet rice aroma, carbonation on the tip of the tongue, sweetness on the nose, and a clean, crisp acidity and sweet aftertaste.
The entrée is a hot-boiled Akiyoshi yakitori chicken and Umaki, an Ushi roll for the day of the Ushi Ox.
The image of a versatile food sake that can be served with any meal due to its sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Sirius" is the brightest first-magnitude star and "Regulus" is the faintest first-magnitude star.

One day, Aladdin told me when "SIRIUS" was on sale, so I revisited the store and found it ✨.
When I was thinking about when to drink it, I found out that [star word] is [Sirius] is July 2nd and [star word] is [realist of completed spirit].
I don't think I understand 🤣.
I'm going to open the bottle on July 4, since July 6 is the new moon.

I have 5 bottles of Star series, 2 white bottles of "Abe" and "Aranami" for a total of 8 bottles 😁.

The aroma of plump and sweet rice, the slight carbonation on the tip of the tongue, and the clean, full sweetness and refreshing acidity that finishes with a juicy, sweet, and pleasant aftertaste.

Aroma of full-bodied rice reminiscent of sweetness, slight carbonation on the palate, and a refreshing sweetness that spreads through the mouth while passing down the throat smoothly, followed by a refreshing acidity that finishes with a refreshing sweet aftertaste.
While the sweetness is calm, which is typical of kijo-zake, the refreshing acidity is in a strange balance, contrary to the image, and the ups and downs of the flavor are thin and the tranquil aftertaste is pleasant.
The sashimi of Japanese common squid and horse mackerel are served as the main course.
