Terada Honke Wooden Oke Brewing, Nama Hashiroshi This is a brand that I encountered for the first time. It is a greedy set of sake that requires a lot of time and effort from a modern perspective. To be honest, I thought it would be for people who are more accustomed to drinking sake, but it seemed to come in rather easily. I felt it was maroyaka and good to drink. It is nicely aged and tasty. However, it still has a strong flavor. It would be great if you grilled a whole good shiitake mushroom and dipped it in salted rice oil.

Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama Maybe the third glass opened the day before? It was still a little fizzy and had a youthful, clean taste. Kounomai is sold exclusively at some liquor stores in Ise City. The manufacturer is Motosaka Shuzo of Hachibei Sake Brewery. It is a freshly pressed, unfiltered jungin sake, but as is typical of Motosaka Shuzo these days, it is not over-the-top and has a good drinking quality. It is delicious.

Minowa Special Junmai Directly Pumped Unfiltered Raw This is a freshly brewed sake that is fruity and gassy, and tough to drink. When I drank it with soda, it was empty. The interesting thing is that the lot numbers are sorted, starting with the youngest number. Arabashiri→Nakadare→Nakadori→Seme If the sake store has it in stock, you can taste the part you like. I bought "Seme" in a second. For those who don't understand the terminology, there is an explanation at the store, so it is a nice way to spice up your purchase.

This is a local brand of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, the brewer of Zaku. If you are a fan of zaku, Suzugagawa is also a good choice when you come to Mie. Maybe it's only sold in the prefecture? I think so🤔.

This was the second time I had drunk Cross of the Rising Sun. I thought it was supposed to be a strong beer, so I bought it thinking that there was a 14% strength version. I was not disappointed even with the lower strength, and drank it easily. Also, the name of the rice is cool, improved Omachi.
