This is a brand that I encountered for the first time.
It is a greedy set of sake that requires a lot of time and effort from a modern perspective.
To be honest, I thought it would be for people who are more accustomed to drinking sake, but it seemed to come in rather easily.
I felt it was maroyaka and good to drink.
It is nicely aged and tasty.
However, it still has a strong flavor.
It would be great if you grilled a whole good shiitake mushroom and dipped it in salted rice oil.
