I forgot to open the bottle for a while, so I had to open it on a tray, but it turned out to be great! I've had a few drinks from this brewery, but this one is a true assembly of all the good stuff. I also hate the reason for the 70% Miyamanishiki, which I also hate. It's the kind of sake you want to drink forever with tonight's Shinshu soba. Thank you, Obuse Winery.

Two shots of my stubby bug. It's juicy and refreshing but not light. I just forgot to open it, but it's the best one for this time of year when it's extremely hot. Thanks for the drink.

The end of the rainy season has finally come. Unfortunately, many fireworks shows have been cancelled this year, but we want to lift our spirits at the fireworks show in Atsumori. Oh, and as for the comment on the sake, it's the same as usual with the stability and gasiness of a Taishu, but it's still a solid sake (if you like fermentation in the bottle, it's a little different). (Those who like fermentation in the bottle may find it a little different.) It may be a short and unusual summer, but we can drink sake at home. Let's drink!

This is truly a light, dry taste by Packaged Sake (as the label says, I'm ashamed to admit). It doesn't have the usual crispiness. It seems to go with everything as a food saké, but this time I had it with Italian food. The thoughtfulness of the label message is also sincere. Thanks for the treat.

多分4月に購入したX-type(いつもの伊勢五本店さん)。6月中にご賞味をというタグを確認して慌てて開栓、ごめんなさい！ この蔵元の定番が何なのか、未だ分からないのですが間違いなくイチ押しの一つです。 開栓直後のマスカットのようなフレッシュ感から３日後、旨味が増して別の銘柄に！(それがなんだか分からず) 来週の在宅勤務も乗り切れそうです。

亜麻猫スパークリングの暴発から気を取り直しての陽乃鳥。 貴醸酒とはこういうものか、いや、新政の貴醸酒だからか。 開栓1日目はパイナップルジュースのような甘味、２日目は旨味も加わり、３日目は、、の前に空けてしまいました。 御馳走さまでした。
