I forgot to open the bottle for a while, so I had to open it on a tray, but it turned out to be great!
I've had a few drinks from this brewery, but this one is a true assembly of all the good stuff. I also hate the reason for the 70% Miyamanishiki, which I also hate.
It's the kind of sake you want to drink forever with tonight's Shinshu soba. Thank you, Obuse Winery.
