The end of the rainy season has finally come.
Unfortunately, many fireworks shows have been cancelled this year, but we want to lift our spirits at the fireworks show in Atsumori.
Oh, and as for the comment on the sake, it's the same as usual with the stability and gasiness of a Taishu, but it's still a solid sake (if you like fermentation in the bottle, it's a little different). (Those who like fermentation in the bottle may find it a little different.)
It may be a short and unusual summer, but we can drink sake at home. Let's drink!
