With yuzu nabe from Kaldi's.
It is very tasty with the unique flavor of rice in the raw sake. However, it is sad that there will be no next one because the person who made this sake was taken over by another sake brewery.
I bought a bottle as a souvenir of my trip and drank it.
It was a delicious sake with a crisp, dry taste that was easy to drink despite its acidity, and the aftertaste quickly disappeared. It is not a trendy taste. But I like this one.
←Nabeshima Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu
→Nabeshima Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo
Nama-shu is lighter and more carbonated. The aroma is not so strong. Sake with the flavor of Yamadanishiki.
I have had the Gin before, but this was my first time to try the Maharaja. I found it to have a more concentrated aroma, umami, and spiciness than the Gin. It is far from the trendy fruity or sweet, but I like this kind of thing!
I had a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo Gin from Houraisen. It is the first time for me to feel that the aftertaste is clear and disappears like water. I am a little scared because I don't have the feeling of drinking it lol. It was very delicious!
This is a Junmai Ginjo Sake Shinshin from Houraizumi, which is exclusive to this restaurant.
The part-time worker's family is a rice farmer, and they use their rice to make sake! It was delicious with a strong rice flavor and yet had a refreshing aftertaste. #Bunjaya
The moment I put it in my mouth, the spiciness and umami came at the same time, and it was a tingling sake that went down my throat. It is just the right sake to pair with something, and I drank it with this. Bunjaya is located in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. Please come and visit us for delicious food and sake. The first thing you feel is a fruity sweetness...just when you think it is not your favorite type, the rice flavor comes in a flash. The aftertaste was moist and delicious!
